This privacy policy describes how Estamos Juntos, LDA (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Downgraded Assault (the “App”).
1. Information We Collect
The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not require account creation, login, or any form of registration.
The App does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, location, or any other device sensors beyond what is needed for gameplay (touch input).
2. Advertising
The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve ads, including:
- Device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID)
- IP address
- General location (derived from IP)
- App usage and interaction data

3. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the advertising services, please contact us and we will take steps to remove such information.

Since we do not collect personal data directly, we do not retain any. For data collected by AdMob, please refer to Google’s data retention policies.
5. Your Rights
You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → “Delete advertising ID” or “Opt out of Ads Personalization”
